Execute day-to-day operational tasks at stations, ensure guest safety and comfort, manage crowd flow, comply with SOPs, and uphold service quality.

Duties and Responsibilities

Station Operations & Service Execution

• Perform assigned duties at boarding, disembarkation, and turnstile areas.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed during guest embarkation and disembarkation.
• Assist in crowd flow management and queue direction.
• Ensure all guests scan their boarding at their respective turnstile before queuing for boarding gondola.
• Carry out cleanliness checks and upkeep station tidiness.
• Record the number of passengers in the hourly headcount form.
• Follow all shift instructions given by Supervisor or Executive.

• Greet and assist guests courteously and professionally.
