Skills Therapist for Neurodivergent Learners & Families

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to be trained as Skills Therapists to support neurodivergent individuals (Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome) and families in learning skills for a meaningful life.

You’ll be part of a small and heart-driven team, working alongside experienced members to drive positive changes in families’ lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement play and learning sessions for learners focusing on developing self-management, social communication, social-emotional regulation, and living skills according to the Individualised Education Plan and Programmes.
• Deliver the learning through a therapeutic approach to skill-building, addressing individual needs and fostering personal growth through a transdisciplinary approach.
