Job Summary

Skilled Trades Technician responsible for reactive, preventive, and assigned maintenance on production and supporting equipment in a 24/7 pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role includes diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems, documenting work in accordance with cGMP and SOP standards. The Technician supports both facility-wide equipment and essential utilities such as steam boilers, purified water, and liquid nitrogen systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, install, repair, and fabricate machinery, equipment, spare parts, tooling, and components following technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and SOPs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and control problems and correct them using technical references and site resources.
• Perform system support tasks including fuse changes, contactor resets, temperature controller adjustments, calibrations, ...
