**Key Responsibilities**

**Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)**

+ Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety by adhering to all Cummins HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
+ Stop work immediately and report unsafe conditions, incidents, near misses, or injury hazards.
+ Follow Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), electrical safety requirements, and safe work practices.
+ Conduct Job Safety Assessments (JSA) and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
+ Recognize environmental impacts and support sustainability initiatives within manufacturing operations.
+ Promote an interdependent safety culture by identifying, correcting, and escalating hazards.

**Maintenance & Equipment Reliability**

+ Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, emergency, and breakdown maintenance activities.
