About The Role

Balfour Beatty is recruiting a Skilled Operative to join our UKCS Living Places – Balvac specialist works team, delivering critical infrastructure repairs and specialist construction solutions across the UK. This site‑based role supports the safe and high‑quality delivery of Balvac specialist works. You’ll play a hands‑on role in site teams, contributing to the repair, protection and strengthening of key assets while upholding Balfour Beatty’s Zero Harm commitment at all times.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Undertake Balvac specialist site works, including structural and specialist repair activities.
• Carry out structural repair, leak sealing and sprayed concrete works in line with approved methods and specifications.
• Work to programme requirements to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
