Responsibilities

• Work in a team setting to build structural components for offsite construction.
• Take measurements and read blueprints/designs.
• Connect wooden components and other materials to match design specifications.
• Daily use of power tools including nail guns and saws.
• Follows procedures and demonstrates safe work behaviors.

Qualifications

• Safety mindset with a willing to learn attitude.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, and variable temperatures.
