We are seeking a skilled Skid Steer / Bobcat Operator to join our team on a range of civil and construction projects across Perth.
Responsibilities
- Safe and effective operation of skid steer/bobcat
- Site preparation, levelling, and spreading
- Loading, transporting, and site clean‑ups
- Basic machine checks and daily maintenance
- Assisting with civil and construction works
Qualifications
- Skid Steer / Bobcat ticket or VOC with final trim experience
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- HR/HC licence highly regarded
- Minimum 2 years experience in civil / earthmoving / construction
- Reliable, safe, and team‑focused
- Ability to pass pre‑employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
- Must have full rights to work in Australia
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour in various weather conditions
