Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Site Traffic Management Specialist (STMS) to join our Wellington Transport Alliance (WTA) whānau. This role will see you work amongst with a close-knit team whose mission is to safely connect the Wellington region.

The job

What makes WTA special is the variety of work that we are involved in. We manage the State Highway network in Wellington region and we all know that no two roads are the same. This will allow you to grow your skills, progress your career and of course make some great relationships along the way.

Some of the day to day tasks include;

• Managing the temporary traffic management requirements across the Wellington Transport Alliance network
• Site setups
• Mentoring and being a role model for fellow Workmates with TTM
• Managing TTM sites
• Report all incidents, accidents and near misses
