Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and ensure all works are carried out according to project schedule and specifications.
- Monitor workers’ performance and coordinate subcontractors to ensure smooth site progress.
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Ensure all workers wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safe work procedures.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants and relevant authorities on site matters.
- Prepare daily site reports, safety records and other required documentation.
- Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical and operational issues.
- Ensure good housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
