Job Description Contract Supervision: Oversee and monitor site contracts, ensuring adherence to the latest revisions of applicable Employer's policies and procedures. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Ensure all personnel and activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental standards and procedures (Power and Legislative). Conduct safety risk assessments for high-risk plant operations. Workforce Monitoring: Track and report Contractor working hours, manpower numbers, including sub-contractors and visitors on site, and overtime to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
