We’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the safe, efficient, and high‑quality erection of structural steel on commercial and industrial projects across Palmerston North. Our client has several exciting projects ongoing and upcoming in the region.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and work hands‑on with the site team
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and project specifications
- Coordinate labour, equipment, and subcontractors
- Complete daily reporting and maintain accurate site records
- Communicate progress, risks, and resource needs to the Project Manager
- Drive productivity and Lean improvements
