Overview
We're looking for a Certified Red Seal Plumber with supervisory experience to lead site operations, manage teams, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in an industrial environment.
Location: Secunda, Mpumalanga.
Contract Type: Limited Duration Contract.
Requirements
- Red Seal Plumbing certification (mandatory)
- Grade 12 / Matric
- 5 years supervisory experience (construction/maintenance/industrial services)
- Sasol/petrochemical site experience advantageous
- Valid driver's license, medically fit
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and workforce
- Ensure work meets scope, safety, and client standards
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Manage materials, equipment, and documentation
