We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of multi-unit residential construction projects.
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Superintendent is responsible for leading all on-site construction activities while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities

Lead all daily site operations from excavation through project completion and occupancy.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and inspectors.

Develop and maintain short-term construction schedules.

Ensure work is completed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, applicable building codes, and quality standards.
