Site Supervisor - Fit out

Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the fit-out works, coordinating subcontractors, driving programme, maintaining quality and ensuring every apartment is delivered to the high standard Hindmarsh is known for.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and supervising fit-out activities across multiple trades
• Managing subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme
• Maintaining exceptional quality standards throughout the fit-out process
• Monitoring short-term programmes and coordinating daily site activities
• Reviewing shop drawings, inspections and quality documentation
