Site Supervisor - AY Talent

Our client, a specialist in high-end residential renovations and construction , is looking for a Site Supervisor i n the Montreal area. The right candidate must be 100% fluent in French and have experience in residential construction. This is a permanent position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Site Supervisor must be able to manage several sites at the same time and travel between sites (approximately 10km between sites)
• Manage work done by our client’s team of carpenters to ensure it meets the highest quality standards
• Must be goal-oriented
• Ensure Quality Control in all areas of project.

OPERATIONAL:

• Work with the Project Manager and Project Coordinators to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope.
• Review field issues and opportunities with the Project Manager and Project Coordinator to find solutions.
