Job Title: Site Engineer – Interior Design (Residential & Villas)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee the execution of high-end residential interior fit-out and villa projects across Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, and Dubai Municipality regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site interior fit-out works for villas and residential projects.
• Coordinate daily site activities, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved shop drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project schedules.
