Site Superintendent (Toronto)

The Role

We’re hiring a full‑time, on‑site Site Superintendent based in Toronto, ON. You’ll own all on‑site construction activity—keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and at the quality level VOK is known for.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day‑to‑day site operations and coordinate subcontractors across multiple trades
• Manage site schedules and drive milestones to completion
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain full compliance with construction codes and regulations
• Inspect ongoing work and hold all trades to VOK’s quality standard
• Resolve site challenges quickly and decisively
• Partner with project managers on progress reporting and proactive problem‑solving
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and consultants on site
