We are looking for a talented, passionate and hard‑working Site Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent for mid‑ and high‑rise developments.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operations of all projects within the scope of the Site Super role.

These include:

• tracking progress
• managing trades
• compliance with regulations
• ensuring deadline completions
• running a safe site

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction experience
• rigorous knowledge of budgeting, scheduling and interpreting drawings
• impeccable attention to detail
• professionalism and leadership capabilities
• ability to maintain a protected working environment and deliver high‑quality results to finish
