Site Safety Supervisor, HSE

Responsibilities

• To fulfil training responsibilities set by the AM HSE which may include safety induction, conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks for workers at site.
• To participate in periodic safety meetings as specified by the management or client contractual requirements.
• To participate in safety surveillance programs schedule for the projects according to the HSE rollout plan.
• To participate in safety audits according to the internal/external HSE audit plan.
• To report, evaluate and when necessary investigate all work-related accidents.
• To assist AM HSE in accident investigation and implement corrective actions.
• To assist AM HSE in communicating safety-related policies and procedures (OSH-MS), as well as ensuring they are followed.
• To assist AM HSE in formulating new OSH site specific procedure (SSP) for the purpose of implementation at workplace.
