Manage and support platform activities within AWS environments
Analyse system performance and ensure platform stability and reliability
Handle incident and problem management :
Investigate incident/problem tickets
Identify root causes
Provide effective solutions and ensure resolution (using tools like ServiceNow / Columbus)
Develop fixes and enhancements using Java and microservices architecture
Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives
