About the role

We have a great opportunity for a Site Operative to join an experienced team, providing a first‑class service on behalf of our flour mill in Tilbury. As a key member of the Milling Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of consistently high quality products in a safe, efficient and cost‑effective environment.

Key accountabilities include blending and testing finished flour, food safety checks, mill maintenance, implementing milling best practice and seeking continuous improvement.
