Role Overview

We are seeking a hands‑on Site Operations Manager to lead a small industrial dismantling and processing facility at the Port of Cádiz. This role requires a practical, self‑sufficient professional who can independently manage daily operations while actively supporting on‑site activities when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and operate the facility with a strong hands‑on approach
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficiency and continuity
• Resolve operational challenges independently and proactively
• Take full ownership of site activities, including administration, coordination with service providers, workforce supervision, and contractor management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards, including proper material tracking and reporting
