Salary: £60k - £65k + package (maybe more depending on experience)

Sector: Super prime / High end residential

We are recruiting on behalf of a privately‑owned contractor based in the Thames Valley that specializes in delivery of high‑end, private‑client residential builds across the South. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to work underneath a Project Manager on a £2m new build property in Winchester.

Requirements

• SMSTS, First Aid
• At least 3 years experience working as a Site Manager on high‑end residential projects
