We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an industrial/logistics project based in Swindon.

Requirements

* Proven experience delivering Industrial and Logistics construction projects

* Strong site management background with the ability to manage programmes, subcontractors, health & safety, and site operations

* Competent user of Procore (or similar construction management software)

* Must have own laptop and mobile phone for site-based reporting and communication

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

Essential Qualifications

* SMSTS

* First Aid at Work

* Valid CSCS Card
