Freelance Site Manager – Facade Remediation Project
Location: Salford (M3 Area)
Contract: Freelance / Self-Employed
Duration: 18 Months – 2 Years
Rate: £280–£320 per day (DOE)
Start Date: End of June
An established principal contractor is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a major long-term facade remediation project in the Salford area.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a substantial contract on a high-profile residential remediation scheme, offering continuity of work for up to two years. Due to the long-term nature of the project, applicants must be locally based or within a reasonable commuting distance and able to commit for the full project duration.
