Our client is a well‑established main contractor with an annual turnover of approximately £150m. They have recently secured a national programme valued at around £50m, delivering a series of small to medium‑scale distribution centre refurbishments for a global brand. Individual project values range between £3m and £6m.

This particular scheme, based in Knowsley, has been on site for 8 weeks and now requires additional management support.
