I am working with a leading residential developer who is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team in and around Solihull on a freelance basis. The project is mid-programme and requires a strong individual who can take ownership, drive progress, and bring the site back on track.

As all rounded Site Manager, you will oversee the project including the internal packages from 1st fix through to handover , ensuring works are delivered to a high standard, on time, and in line with fire and building regulations. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating trades, and maintaining compliance with NHBC and the latest fire safety legislation.
