Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating the production processes of the site/terminal, based on an efficient management of resources, optimization of the capacity and ensuring quality standards to comply with production levels set out in planning and address of the company.
- Responsible for budget control of the site and proper management of resources, aiming to optimize operations and reduce costs per ton.
- Management and supervision of all areas of the plant, warehouse management (production, maintenance, inventory and quality control).
- Optimize the storage and bagging capacity of the site accurately to fulfill the requirements of the Business Plan defined by the commercial area (direct product and physical mixtures).
- Maintain inventory accuracy and good storage practices.
- Inform staff in charge of strategies and objectives defined by the company.
