Purpose of the Role

Controlling a full manufacturing site with the cross-functional understanding of all the areas of a manufacturing facility and is adept at managing personnel and labour relations along with the plant operations. Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing industry is non-negotiable.

Role reports to the Chief Technical Officer with Production and Operations reporting in.

Duties & Responsibilities Carry out a thorough review of all processes and procedures currently being used by the Company and review where improvements could be made to increase efficiency. Planning and monitoring of the site to ensure that work is executed within the budgets allowed and in accordance with the contractual programme. Ensure that Industrial Relations are maintained and that grievances not resolved at site level are handled in accordance with the company policy and where required, chair disciplinary hearings.
