SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a security site in Germiston. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing security personnel, maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, and driving service excellence across the site.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the site and ensure contractual requirements are met. Supervise security officers, supervisors, and support staff. Conduct site inspections, patrol audits, and risk assessments. Oversee access control, guarding operations, CCTV monitoring, and incident management. Manage staff rosters, attendance, leave, discipline, and performance. Investigate incidents, security breaches, and operational non-conformances.
