Site Manager

Site Manager required for a £52 Million school scheme which has 12 months left to run on project, role is open on either a permanent or long term freelance basis to suit individual. Reporting to the Project Manager and Senior Site Manager your main duties and responsibilities will be to supervise, manage and control full range of subcontractor trades/labour subcontractors, site/Health & Safety inductions, tool box talks, attending design, client and subcontractor meetings, RAMS etc. You will also need to be computer literate due to the upload of reports, information etc to the cloud based system.

CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement, you will also have to have experience with RDrive, Work Wallet and 4P due to software packages used. A proven track record working on and delivering DfE projects aswell as working for Tier 1/2 main contractors is going to be preferred.
