This role ensures effective coordination of people, plant, subcontractors, and resources to maximise productivity and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service.

Project & Site Management

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects to contractual, safety, quality, and commercial standards.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Monitor workloads, team performance, and operational efficiency, taking corrective action as needed.
• Ensure all work complies with SQS policies, procedures, RAMS, NRSWA, and relevant legislation.
• Manage variations, additional works, and on‑site changes in accordance with client agreements.
