Site Manager required for a 6 week refurbishment project in Derby.
Must have previous experience of running refurbishment projects.
Must have Enhanced DBS Certificate - Please DO NOT apply if you don't have this, as it is ESSENTIAL for the role.
Start Date - Monday 16th March
6 week project.
Tickets: (MUST HAVE)
- SMSTS
- FIRST AID
- FIRE MARSHALL
- ASBESTOS AWARENESS
- ENHANCED DBS (Not basic, must be enhanced)
Duties
- Day to day running of site
- Managing sub contractors
- Responsible for Health & safety on site
- Taking deliveries
- reporting to Contracts Manager (via phone)
