Our client in Cape town is looking for a Site Manager
Salary R75 000 ctc per month
Minimum requirements:

Minimum requirements:
- Strong background in site management, thorough knowledge of building processes, and a hands-on approach to managing teams and timelines.
- Preferably a tertiary education with good knowledge of all the different contract laws.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction management.
- Experience with high-rise buildings, hospitals, and medical builds.
- Expertise in budgeting, supervisory roles, and project controls.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety and local regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
