We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading specialist construction contractor delivering large-scale façade remediation, external refurbishment and fire compliance projects across the South East.

The company has built an outstanding reputation for delivering complex refurbishment and regeneration schemes on occupied residential developments, working closely with housing providers, property managers and private clients. Their expertise includes cladding remediation, external wall systems, rainscreen façades, render replacement, fire safety upgrades, balconies, decking, roofing, and wider building envelope refurbishment.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee a major residential remediation scheme in Camberley.
