Duration: 6–7 Week Contract (Summer Holiday Period 2026)

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a small classroomextension/project at a school in Birmingham during the summer holiday period. The project will involve groundworks, and modular construction, with a programme of approximately 6–7 weeks to ensure completion ahead of the new school term.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
