Site Lead (OCONUS)

SOSi is seeking an experienced Site Lead to support our customer at Al Dhafra Air Base (ADAB), UAE. The Site Lead will oversee the daily operations of a team of Cultural Advisors (CAs), providing leadership, guidance, and operational support to ensure successful mission execution and exceptional customer service.

Essential Job Duties

• Perform the role of supervisor for all other CAs. This includes personnel assignments, training, scheduling, and other administrative functions to ensure coverage of various roles in a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment and setting expectations for other cultural advisors within the 380 AEW. Provide weekly status updates to COR and HNCO leadership or designated representative on all cultural advisor activities to include scheduling and monitoring of contract personnel and constructing a monthly correspondence summary report.
