Site Lead / Construction Foreman

Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually

Sub1313 Development a division of Canco Petroleum is seeking a hands‑on Site Lead / Construction Foreman to oversee daily field operations while actively participating in construction, installation, service, and maintenance activities.

This position is ideal for an experienced construction professional who enjoys both working in the field and leading others. The Site Lead will coordinate subcontractors, perform site work, support petroleum and retail projects, manage deficiencies, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary field representative for smaller projects and support larger projects under the direction of the Project Manager or Construction Manager.
