Site HSE Lead - Safety, Compliance & Coaching

CTS Group is seeking an HSE Officer to support health, safety, and environmental compliance on construction projects in Norway. You will assist in daily HSE activities ensuring safe work practices and compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in HSE and has 3–5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, supporting risk management, and maintaining HSE records to foster a proactive safety culture.
