Site HR Generalist: Talent, Onboarding & HR Ops

OPmobility is seeking a Site HR Generalist Professional in San Luis Potosí to lead recruitment for operators and technicians, support labor relations, onboarding and training, and oversee HR administration. The role requires coordinating with internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws, and maintaining HR records in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of HR experience in manufacturing, and strong
