Responsibilities

- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain an organized workflow and timely material deliveries.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
- Lead and motivate a team of workers, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability on site.
- High school diploma required; degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in construction, with a strong understanding of various building techniques.
- Certifications in safety management (e.g., OSHA) and first aid are essential.
- Ideal experience in commercial or residential construction projects.
