SITE FOREMAN

POSITION INFO:
1 KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS: Working closely with the operations team, the Foreman will be expected to perform the following functions: 1.1 Core function The Site Foreman will be responsible for the supervision of all site operations (bagging, offloading, weighbridge control and drying plant), to ensure that duties are performed safely, effectively and efficiently. 1.2 Day-to-day duties 1. Supervising site operations: -Attend daily coordination meetings; -General supervision of all production areas -Assist SHEQ Officer with safety filing; -Scrutinize mobile machines inspection reports daily and report all faults to Operations Manager; -Conduct PTO (Planed Task Observations) in conjunction with the Shift Supervisors; -Report safety related incidents to Operations manager and SHEQ Officer; -Assist with ADHOC office duties; -Assist with stock take; -Ensure that pool vehicle is kept clean; 2.
