Site Engineer Needham Market Up to £46,000 base, Call-Out Overtime up to £3k KPI bonus We are currently recruiting for a Site Engineer to join a leading renewable energy company, supporting operations on a large industrial site near Needham Market. The Role As a Site Engineer , you will be responsible for the maintenance, operation and performance of industrial plant systems. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance as a Site Engineer on industrial boiler systems Maintain and repair mechanical components including pumps, valves, pipework, steam and hydraulic systems Monitor plant performance and input operational data into control systems Respond to breakdowns and participate in an on-call rota Support fuel handling and site operations Ensure all maintenance, inspection and compliance records are accurately completed Requirements Qualified Mechanical Site Engineer (NVQ Level 3 / C&G / HNC or equivalent) Background in industrial environments such as manufacturing,...
