What is the opportunity?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Coordinator to join our Operations & Fulfilment team based in Wiri, Auckland . This pivotal role is at the heart of our manufacturing and logistics operation, providing coordination and administrative support across the site while helping create a positive, productive and well‑organised workplace. You will be a trusted partner to site leadership and a key point of contact for employees, contractors, visitors and suppliers.

No two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for coordinating site communications, supporting onboarding and induction activities, managing workplace services and vendors, producing reports and presentations, organising events, and ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day site operations.
