Role Summary
The Site BIM Coordinator is responsible for implementing, coordinating, and managing Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes at the project sites. The role ensures alignment between design models and construction activities, supports digital construction workflows (AR/VR), and development of 4D (time) and 5D (cost) BIM deliverables to improve planning, coordination, and project performance. BIM Coordination (Design & Site Integration)
Coordinate 3D models from consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Review models for accuracy, constructability, compliance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and site requirements.
Conduct clash detection and issue tracking using platforms such as Navisworks, BIM360 / ACC, BEXEL and POWER BI.
