Site Architect/ Store Planner

Responsibilities:

• Develop floor plans and store layouts that align with the brand’s image, target customer, and operational requirements.
• Plan efficient use of space, considering elements such as customer movement, product display, and retail operations.
• Work closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design concepts are realized within budget and timelines.
• Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, local zoning laws, and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
