Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and quality of work.
- Ensure that construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and local building codes.
- Identify and document any deviations from the design and propose solutions in collaboration with the design team.
- Oversee and inspect the installation of architectural elements including finishes, fixtures, and building envelope systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to contractors and subcontractors on architectural matters.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and method statements submitted by contractors.
