Key Responsibilities
- Notifying the involved parties for taking appropriate action on the pending documents and invoices
- General Administration Office Duties – filing, typing, photocopying, faxing, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by line manager
- Sorting, storing, retrieving and managing technical documentation and contractual information (if applicable), documents related to the scope of work of parties and site documentation, and ensuring that all documents from clients are up to date and circulated within the company
- Uploading timesheets on SAP
- Goods receiving materials
- Managing flights and accommodation for all team members
- Managing the office and facilities
- Managing weekly and bi‑weekly reports
Essential Criteria
- Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent telephone manner
