Site Acquisition and Management Analyst

OVERVIEW:

SAM as the forefront of project delivery and is essential in Vendor management and the delivery of site acquisition key milestones including Site Hunting, Commercial Negotiation and Contract Documentation, Social Acceptability, National Permits, Leasing and Power Management, Regulatory Management, Real Property Tax, Site Management, Asset Registration, JPA/ROW/RTA and NTC.

The SAM Specialist position requires detailed and strict performance of SAM scope of work covering EPC (Access, DC, IBS and Transmission), Leasing (Access, DC, IBS and Transmission), Power, Real Property Tax, Regulatory and Site Management. Conduct review and approval of all SAM related tasks through MSS and other DITO applications covering SAM tasks such as but not limited to Vendor ID/Code, NRAF, COL Review, CSPF, RFP, SAM Acceptance, Power, Site ID Management, and other SAM modules.
