Single Facer Operator (Corrugated Packaging Industry)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Single Facer Operator to operate and monitor the Single Facer section of the corrugation line. The candidate will be responsible for producing quality corrugated board while ensuring machine efficiency, safety, and minimal wastage.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor the Single Facer machine efficiently.
Set up machine parameters according to production requirements.
Ensure proper flute formation and bonding quality.
Monitor steam pressure, temperature, and glue application.
Maintain production targets while minimizing waste.
Requirements
Minimum Matric/Intermediate qualification.
2–5 years of experience operating a Single Facer machine in a corrugated packaging plant.
Good understanding of corrugation processes, flute profiles, and adhesive application.
Ability to troubleshoot common machine issues.
Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
